Greg Rabin

With over 37 years of Commercial/Retail experience, Greg focused on Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, and Retail Development. He started his career in Texas and in 25 years worked for The Henry S Miller Co and then The Woodmont Company. Greg spent many years focusing on Tenant Representation completing over 45 Staples stores, 25 Conn’s appliance Stores, 7 Academy Sports stores, over 125 Pizza Hut locations, over 125 GNC locations, and over 50 Sylvan Learning Centers locations. The later part of his time in Texas, Greg worked on land assemblages to build large retail shopping centers creating over 10 big box centres totalling over 3,000,000 sf.

Greg married a Canadian and moved to Toronto in 2010 and joined CBRE. Greg immediately went to work representing retailers, restaurants, and landlords. After earning a number of accounts, Greg joined Paracom Realty Corp in 2016. In 2021, Greg became a part of The Behar Group team.

In the 10+ years that Greg has been in Canada, he has represented and made multiple deals for many retailers and restaurants such as 20 Ren’s Pets, 10 + Wendy’s, 10+ Taco Bells, 7 Carquests, 7 Panera Breads, and 5 Seafood Citys.

Greg also works for landlords and developers helping with site selection, pre-leasing of retail centre sites, and leasing of existing retail properties to create long term value. Greg has completed over 1,750 leases and sales for approximately 7,000,000 sf in his career.

On the side, Greg is the owner of the Toronto restaurants Mi Taco Taqueria and Bubba’s Crispy Fried Chicken and can be found helping deliver tacos and chicken on occasion when he is not too busy delivering exceptional Tenant Representation to his clients.
