David Steinhouse specializes in retail, commercial and investment real estate. He brings 20 years of solution sales, marketing, operations and management experience in a variety of industries to his long-term passion: real estate.

David thrives when representing tenants, property owners and investors in various types of transactions, ranging from retail Tenant and Landlord representation, or investor acquisitions and dispositions. In doing so, David has developed a well-earned reputation in the real estate world for his diligence, energy, professionalism, and exceptional service whether in multi-residential acquisitions and dispositions, raw land acquisition or assemblies.

Most recently, David, while demonstrating exceptional site selection and negotiation skill, has completed numerous trades across Ontario while exclusively representing Mary Brown’s Chicken & Taters since 2018.
