Rene Ragazzi brings over 20 years of experience in retail real estate industry. He actively networks in the real estate industry to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, best practices, market conditions, new market opportunities and methodology, as well as competitor activity, to develop and maintain positive relationships with various parties within the industry.

In his time, as part of the national retail leasing teams for some of Canada’s largest institutional Landlords (CF, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Morguard), Rene has refined his skills in the following areas

Merchandising Plans and Leasing Strategy, Tenant Prospecting, Comprehensive Property/Asset Management, Leasing Transactions, Lease Analysis and Reporting, Budgeting and Reforecasting
