Where does the time go?
Established in 1992, we have actively been involved in commercial, industrial and investment real estate on all levels. Our President and Broker of Record, Yosi Behar, has consistently worked in commercial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area since 1968. And in 1995 Yosi was joined by Avi Behar, now Chief Executive Officer of The Behar Group, to begin the growth and expansion of the company.
We are commonly referred to as ‘boutique brokerage’ due to our tight-knit and hands-on approach. We are ahead of the curve in terms of market knowledge, trend forecasting and risk assessment, as well as creativity and overall project vision.
