We would like to warmly welcome Lawrence Mosselson to #TeamBehar!
Lawrence is a seasoned real estate executive with 25 years of experience across Canada. He has significant experience in landlord and tenant retail leasing, hospital and healthcare retail strategy creation and implementation, existing and greenfield strategic site analysis and a proven track record of asset management of retail, office, and industrial properties. His retail leasing experience has included a number of redevelopments and re-positioning of retail properties in markets across Canada.
During his time at S & H Realty, Lawrence was actively involved in retail leasing representing both landlords and tenants, the creation of site specific retail strategy reports for both existing and proposed mixed use developments, and the development and implementation of office, retail, and retail food service strategies for transit, hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Lawrence has previously been responsible for the asset management of a retail and industrial portfolio across Ontario and Atlantic Canada while at Strathallen Capital, the assembly and asset management of a national office portfolio at Slate Properties, retail tenant leasing at a number of Canada’s top retailers including Shoppers Drug Mart and Rogers and retail landlord leasing at O&Y Enterprise. His previous landlord leasing experience has included new developments, street-front and strip plaza leasing, as well as enclosed shopping centres such as Truro Mall, South Oakville Centre, Thousand Islands Mall, Milton Mall, and Royal City Centre.
He holds an M.B.A. from Schulich School of Business, with a specialization in Real Property. He is a member of ICSC and is the current P3 Private Chair, Eastern Region.
In addition, Lawrence has been appointed to the St. Lawrence Market Precinct Advisory Committee, where he serves as a skills-based Community member and he is actively involved in the Board of Directors of Kehillat Shaarei Torah, where he serves as Board Secretary.
