We are excited to announce our recent completed deal with Grand Touring Automobiles! 

A few years ago, Yosi Behar sold the land at 740 Dupont Street (Grand Touring Auto’s previous location) to RIOCAN for a proposed mixed-use development. What followed was the sale of the land at 777 Dundas St. E. at the Don Valley Parkway for the new flagship facility. 

Grand Touring Auto’s  spanking new facility offers five times the floor area of their old one, built on six levels. The location for this facility made sense as it is easily accessed from downtown and from the increasingly sophisticated mid-town areas where their customers live and work. Adjacent to the Don Valley Parkway and near the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Blcd., and close to popular surface routes, the location is accessible to their customers from almost every direction.  

What brands can be found there?
The new facility is home to Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Land Rover, Jaguar and Rolls Royce.
