Next up on our #25in25 list is Metropolis at Metroplace.
We brokered the deal for the land where Liberty Development built Metropolis at Metro Place in 2012. At the corner of Sheppard and the Allen Expressway across from Downsview Park, it is a million-square-foot-plus development at the top of the city.
It was just four acres of grass when we sold it to Liberty, but it has now been transformed into four towers across from Sheppard West (formerly Downsview Subway) Station.
Metropolis is a 16-storey building with 302 units.
