Michael Macgregor

Director of Research, Analysis & Strategy

Michael plays an integral role in support of The Behar Group’s team and clients. Providing invaluable research skills, insights and thought leadership help our clients make faster and more strategic, well informed real estate decisions and allow our brokers to give exceptional advice when paired with their market knowledge and experience.

Whether acting on our Tenant Services, Landlord Services, Capital Markets or Advisory Services Team, Michael is able to bring his diverse experience and well rounded perspective to the project. After graduating from Ryerson University with a Master’s Degree in Spatial Analysis (2012), Michael has developed his career to specialize in providing site selection analytics, mapping, and marketing support to tenants and landlords and investors.
In addition, Michael also has established a strong understanding of the land development processes, geographic information systems, and brings a passion for creating captivating visual representations of his research.
