Nick Goulding

Nick is an established real estate professional with several years of experience in development and brokerage. He is a member of the Advisory Services group. Having worked as an Analyst for a leading real estate developer in the GTA, Nick has extensive experience with development pro forma financial modelling, site analysis, and planning analysis. To date, he has assisted with over $80M of high-rise and low-rise land acquisitions. Nick holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
