Question: If you could have one wish for Toronto for this coming year, what would it be?

“Where to start? Peace on earth and awakened environmental consciousness are significant ones, but in the context of our city, we will stick with our one wish for Torontonians, our neighbors, coworkers, family and friends. That wish is: that we all feel gratitude and appreciation for the world-class, safe, clean, interesting and beautiful city we live in.

In our day to day professional lives as commercial real estate brokers and advisors, we get to represent property purchasers, owners, developers, and tenants of all nature. One of the best side effects of our role, is that each day can bring a new adventure in this diverse city. We get to explore every corner of the city in ways that most people never do. We often get to discover or even help create the alleyway café or bar and get to help imagine what land might be used for while appreciating when it is being used just right. We get to see neighborhoods evolve into places that are great to live, work and play in. We have the opportunity to see parks, beaches, boardwalks, and skylines from so many different perspectives as well. What we are able to see is that we are the lucky ones.

The city has so much to offer all of us. Enjoy it, live it, love it….and do you best to ignore the traffic.”
