Salad King has been proudly serving Ryerson and the downtown Toronto neighbourhood for the over 28 years. First operated by the Liu family in the early 90s, Salad King has grown from a small “hole in the wall” restaurant serving Canadian and Thai food in their original location in the historical Empress Hotel (355 Yonge Street), to it’s current location on the 2nd floor of the Thornton Smith building (340 Yonge Street). This 170 seat restaurants serves delicious and affordable Thai food, made with quality, homemade ingredients to upwards of 2000 customers a day.
